“Easy to purchase item and quick delivery. It’s a shame the product page doesn’t show that the drawer is not the full length of the cot but otherwise I am very happy with the product.”

“Great for babies who dislike the sleeping bag style nightwear. My baby was comfy and cosy in this & prefers this. I do think my baby sleeps more soundly as she has freedom of movement. It so far washes well. 4 stars given as a very good product but it has no hand covers & is very exspensive (although direct 4 baby offered the best price available).”

“Really great customer service, lovely people to deal with. BUT, promised they would deliver my items by a certain day / time (before flying out of the country) and they didn’t deliver, which caused a massive issue. Blamed it on their delivery company (which may have been the case) but it still was a huge headache for me.”

“Bought a car seat online, perhaps my fault however i didnt realise the particular colour I had chosen was out of stock and the purchase was still accepted with no confirmation of when it would be back in stock. It was only when i came to check expected delivery i realised it wasnt in stock. I rang customer services and they were very helpful in providing me with an update and the car seat was in fact delivered when they said it would be a few days later so that was great. Would definitely use again as it was the cheapest price.”

“Very fast delivery but I was buying egg parasol and was £10 dearer than any other website- unfortunately nobody else had any in stock so I could be charged whatever if I wanted one!”

“Their prices were excellent for the products I was buying, they were by far the cheapest I could find. The delivery was a little slower than I expected given that I had paid for express delivery, but it's difficult to complain too much about this since the price was so reasonable.”
