I ordered the footmuff over three weeks ago, it has now arrived but communication was very bad,

Placed an order for a buggy, the could not specify when delivery would be they just kept saying it will be mid December and they would call us once the item was in, we had no contact from them what so ever, we had to call them and chase them mid way through the month again still no date, when we called again towards the end of the month they said they had emailed and tried to call (no email got sent through) and we did not receive and calls. The product is great however the customer service and communication is quite poor.

There was no communication on the delay of the car seat and we had to ring customer services on several occasions to chase up a delivery date. The website did not say there was a delay and suggested all products would be shipped within 1-3 working days. The delay ended up being nearly 4 weeks and, had we not contacted direct4baby ourselves, we would not have been notified.

Communication was pretty poor regarding delivery information on the product I ordered and I felt I was always chasing to get a response. When I did get a response, I was given three different reasons why my delivery did not arrive.

I ordered and paid for my car seat from the website when I was 31 weeks pregnant, leaving me plenty of time to receive it before I have my baby. I’m now 39 weeks pregnant and going into hospital next week to have my baby and despite me reaching out to them multiple times, still have no car seat even on the way to me. They don’t even seem concerned or bothered about the time they have taken to process my order, they just keep blaming the supplier. No apology, nothing. Disappointed.

I have not received all the items and there wasn’t a receipt or an email to state if a further delivery will be made, so I’m having to chase

Ordering was easy and the product was fine. However, the communications were woeful - we were told our order had "been picked up" (by a carrier) when we had asked to pick it up ourselves. Also, their premises on an industrial estate in Burscough were nearly impossible to find - more signage is necessary.

Bought from eBay and found customer service very poor. Bought wrong size by accident and realised straight after I purchased item. Requested to cancel order within minutes of placing order to be told it was already too late! I then went on the buy the correct size which was dispatched within the same packaging as the item I had requested to cancel! Therefore proving that the order had not already been dispatched as advised. I now have the costs and hassle incurred with returning. Disappointing and dishonest service.

Placed order for an item that was showing as in stock. Paid for priority delivery and received a delivery confirmation. No item received so followed it up only to be told those confirmations are printed automatically and the item was not in fact in stock. Still waiting for an update on it.
