Had a few issues with my order but has now been resolved and hoping to receive my order on Friday. Company was apologetic about delays with my order and have since helped to resolve any issues and have assured me my order will be on the way very soon. Thanks again for your help

Placed an order 6 days ago and was getting worried as there wasn't An update with a delivery etc however I recieved a phone call today from a lovely lady explaining what was happening and that my order will be here within the next 10 days. Will be using them again

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and have only just received a dispatch email after emailing for the semiconductor time to find out where my order was.

Good price for baby carrier insert but disappointed with delivery. Ordered Sunday - still not arrived the following Saturday.

The customer service for this company is terrible and communication is poor. I ordered a push chair and expected it to arrive in December. Only to be told (after contacting them and chasing my order) that there had been delays of up to 4 months after they had taken my money from my account. I requested a refund which was promptly handled by the staff.

I waited for 4 months for my full order to be completed, then my order come and surprise, it was not completed and one of the products was different then described but anyhow I was happy to receive it, at least as I was almost to give birth. Unfortunately they forgot to send the baby bag for the pushchair. I was totally disappointed and wanted to return all the products as the customer service was really bad at communication. Me and my partner needed to chase them up for almost 1 month to receive the full bundle that we ordered. At the end they apologised and offered additional support. They have really great offers and deals, and the products are at the top quality but if you'r planning to buy from them, try to plan it ahead as it takes time to receive the products and be patient as you need to chase up your purchase.

Hi I have never used your company before and must say, I feel lack of communication was poor regarding an order on snuzz pod bundle.. When you as a customer have to do the chasing because it wasn’t all their isn’t very professional

I was already sceptical ordering from here but I needed the item as soon as possible. I ordered the sleepyhead pod and they sent me a Dockatot pod instead. I’m guessing they had no Sleepyhead in stock? I unfortunately don’t have the time to sort out a return as I am very close to my due date and wanted this for when my new born arrives. So basically having to keep it. They are not the same products there is a different between the two, so you’ve basically sent me the incorrect item for what I paid for. Very annoyed and will not be ordering again.

When we purchased the buggy we was told the buggy would be with us on Monday as we ordered it on Friday. Monday and Tuesday went by and we had no email from the company about the buggy being dispatched. We phoned direct 4 baby to be told it would take 3-5 days as nothing was on the system to then receive a email the following hour to be told the buggy had been dispatched it seemed to me as tho the company had forgot about our order until we spoke to them. When the buggy finally arrived we built the buggy abs everything seemed fine to then notice the tyres on the wheels were totally flat we had no way of pumping them up and then had to purchase a foot pump I was not impressed having to do this with a £400 buggy!

The description on eBay of the 2 baby gates were wrong. Ended up ordering the incorrect one as they showed pictures of two models fir one item which was confusing. Customer service was excellent however in terms of when I called they cancelled the order immediately.

Ordered from you as required express delivery but unfortunately it did not come in 1 to 2 days in time for Christmas. Refunded delivery charge instantly but still shame to not receive in time.

I would have given 5 stars but slightly disappointed with the service. I asked if they could give a discount on a bundle as I missed out on the 10% off. They gave me a discount, which was great, but I asked if they would be offering 10% off again and they assured me they wouldn’t. So I placed my order and then the next day I see a 10% offer. Other than that seems like a great company. Just annoying :(
