“Not late goods sent same day and as per specification”

“The product is excellent. I don’t put 5 stars because of the delivery. They meant to come on Friday, but they were delay because of traffic. So I received a text saying I they will come on Saturday instead, but no-one turned up. On Sunday I received another text on that they were coming, but we weren’t at home. So I booked for the following Thursday and, eventually, I got the parcel. It might be the delivery company is busier than normal because of Christmas and black Friday. I would recommend the parcel to be delivered in one of the picking up points. But as I said the car sit is a 5 stars, it feels very secure and good quality.”

“Despite a prompt confirmation of purchase and next day dispatch, the product did not arrive. However, on contacting Direct 4 Baby a week later to explore why my purchase was not with me, without any delay they contacted the courier, then contacted me back to agree to send another item on next day delivery. I trust this was a courier problem and therefore I am very satisfied with the steps taken to make up for it.”

“This product was a gift for a friend So it hasn't been tried and tested yet due to baby not being here but the packaging waa lovely. The bear was beautiful and delivery was as said.”

“My daughter aged 2 years, has really got on well with this toothbrush. At first she let me brush her teeth and now wants to do it herself. The reduced size makes it easy for her to hold.”
