“I accidentally added the wrong shipping address for the item so I emailed in. They said they couldn’t drive anything about it... prices are good though but service a bit rubbish”

“Direct4baby had the best price for the pram I was after, and gave good personal customer service via email when I had a question prior to ordering. After ordering there was a slight issue with stock but one of their staff called to explain the options and were very generous in their offer to compensate for the trouble.”

“Easy to order, delivery a bit slow as they use royal mail, I like that the items are rubber and not plastic, they are ideal if you have a completely flat corner for them to attach unfortunately my furniture has a raised part just away from the corner so couldn't fit them on the top but luckily it's flat underneath so was able to fit them there.”
