“Really happy with the product over all. Easy to put together, arrived quickly. Didn’t give a 5 as there are afew marks on the actual crib and stand - guessing because it’s wood it’s inevitable, but not great when spending so much money.”

“Prior to purchasing online I was able to chat with a representative which was great. Plenty of choice and great value for money. The items ordered arrived on time and am happy with my purchases. Unfortunately one of the items arrived damage which appears to have been the fault of the courier and not Direct4Baby. Would recommend!”

“Very good service, ordered on Sunday evening, pram and carrycot arrived by Royal Mail on Wednesday. Outer packaging which contained the two large boxes could have been studier and with more internal packaging to prevent the product boxes rattling about. See attached image. Some minor damage on the product boxes but fortunately there was no damage to the pram or carrycot. email contact with the company was responded to the next day.”

“Great price for the axkid one! I was a bit dubious about buying from there, however after noting that they were listed on axkid as a retailer, we went ahead. Only slight issue is item was not in stock, and took about 3 weeks to be dispatched, expecting car seat next week. Not an issue but would have appreciated some sort of timeframe from direct4baby.”
