I would never order from diredt 4 baby again, waited a month for car seat, told different things the 4 times i rang, 1st time i rang they couldn't even find my order, terrible

Terrible service considering the amount of money I’ve spent. I contacted the company before ordering to confirm they had stock. I was told they have 1 left so to order quickly which I did. However In doing so didn’t apply voucher code. Emailed straight away but was told I couldn’t have the discount taken off after ordering. I then heard nothing for days so emailed again chasing order. I was then told I would have it by the latest of Tuesday the 8th. ( Order was placed on the 2nd) It was sent out in 4 parcels I received 2 on Tuesday 8th. 1 parcel Thursday and am still waiting for the 4th ( today is the 14th). Absolutely awful service as I have wasted many days in waiting for the deliveries that haven’t arrived.

First time using this company and not likely to use again. Payment taken for an item which still haven’t received over 3 weeks later!!! No update on delivery, no response to emails and when I call up it constantly says they are experiencing a high number of calls and cuts me off! Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service!

Actually ordering was seamless.. website very easy to use. However, actually getting the product is a whole different story.. I ordered a travel set on 14/09/2020 and I am still waiting for delivery to be complete... Disappointment is an understatement..

I wouldn't normally leave reviews but this is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Ordered our yoyo pram back in May and they only sent part of the order. It's September now and despite multiple emails requesting the missing parts, we've still not recieved all the parts from our original order. Extremely frustrating. We spent over £500 and expect better than this.

Order was ok, however, paid for express delivery, they took forever to even process my order, I ordered it on the 10th sep and I was still waiting for it on the 6th of oct, in the end I emailed and cancelled it, they said its due to covid 19, well im sorry bit other company's get get ordered to you in a few days, thats not good enough im sorry

You was so keen and very helpful in ordering our travel system but once ordered No customer service at all after We sent on going emails regarding our purchase we was told a date then Turned out it wasn’t that date etc It wasn’t a complete order missing items Been sending ongoing emails regarding the missing item and we have heard nothing Very poor customer service But amazing product love our new travel system the grey camo egg Hopefully after reading our review you will at least reply to our on going emails

Very easy but your customer service since ordering has been atrocious! I placed my order on 2nd of July and got an instant email confirmation but then heard nothing so phoned for an update on 13th. David tried to help but kept promising to get back to me and never did so have had to phone almost on a daily basis only to be told the same thing every time - that someone will get back to me - and I didn’t once receive a phone call I’m return. Finally resolved the situation this morning when Jay answered the phone and confirmed there were very likely no Flint Silver Cross Coast Buggy’s left. Thank you Jay!

Ordered three urgent safety items, when they arrived two of the items were wrong. They will not respond to or acknowledge any communication and have not even bothered to offer me a refund or exchange, but swooped in instantly to delete my post on their FB page asking someone to please contact me! Happy to take your money, but won't lower themselves to actually speak to you when they get it wrong. Zero customer service. And I am still out of pocket, with the wrong items.

No-one answered the live chat. It was 2pm and I was first in queue. Wanted expedited shipping costs but didnt want to fill the whole order form in to find out the shipping costs at the end so tried live chat. Spending my £150 elsewhere. Poor service

The Website Was Easy To Use But To Be Honest My Order Didn't Come Fully Complete, Only Came As A Single Then Once Other Items Came, It Didnt Have Rear Converter Adaptors So I Can't Use Pram How I Want!! To Be Honest I Feel To Just Send It All Back As What Should Be A Happy Time, Has Been A Nightmare & I Just Ain't Happy Anymore!!

Easy to order, sure, Very poor and thrustrating service, had to contact for delivery updates two weeks after order by email and by phone very poor service, although they did apologize via email, No explanation given. Would I use them again unfortunately Not.

Ordered the item to only get an email to say they didnt have it in stock! In my opinion it shouldn’t of been advertised if it was not in stock!! We were relying on the item!!
