“Arrived quick, well packaged, excellent quality, haven’t yet used it, however it’s was really had to assemble the pushchair, the manual wasn’t great for instructions to assemble the pushchair which made it difficult to assemble.”

“Ordered a Besafe car seat on 31st of December and it arrived 2nd of January by DPD. Very quick from order to delivery (especially during new year in a pandemic) and kept up to date with order and delivery progress. The car seat was very well priced too and from my experience I would recommend highly.”

When I rang customer services to speak I got through really quickly to tell them that not all the Order had arrived but I was assured that the rest was on its way. Really good service.”

“Absolutely brilliant service the lady who helped us purchase our icandy pram and cybex car seat system was by far the best assistant we have come across after months of searching for the right place to buy our pram she made it easy whilst explaining everything. Also it was good to see the owner actually working which is rare to see. Brilliant shop with brilliant products at the best prices. Thank you and we will be back for some more bits soon.”

“The service was great, came within days of ordering which was great. After reading mixed reviews I personally couldn't fault the company. I haven't yet set the icandy up as the baby isn't due untill feb, however I have opened the box and had a good look inside and all looks great. Will definitely use and recommend this site again!”
