“No-one answered the live chat. It was 2pm and I was first in queue. Wanted expedited shipping costs but didnt want to fill the whole order form in to find out the shipping costs at the end so tried live chat. Spending my £150 elsewhere. Poor service”

“The Website Was Easy To Use But To Be Honest My Order Didn't Come Fully Complete, Only Came As A Single Then Once Other Items Came, It Didnt Have Rear Converter Adaptors So I Can't Use Pram How I Want!! To Be Honest I Feel To Just Send It All Back As What Should Be A Happy Time, Has Been A Nightmare & I Just Ain't Happy Anymore!!”
