“Great customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour icandy bundle, a quick phone call resolved the matter in minutes and the pram/ pushchair arrived promptly and spot on delivery time. Well package and excellent value for money. Mum love it. All round excellent service.”

“Excellent customer service. When the order was delayed (due to factors outside their control), I phoned the company and they answered straight away, were friendly and helpful, and organised for a replacement seat to sent out the next day. I would definitely order with them again. Thank you for being so efficient and friendly.”

“a day agoNEW I spoke to naite on their Instagram page about looking at a mountain buggy they stocked. They didn't have one in the Aintree warehouse but he went and collected one following morning and built it for me to try out. Nicky talked us through buggy features, let us put our lil girl in buggy for a spin and did all ordering of buggy and accessories for us 😁. Will be going back when we need our next car seat. We also got free sun visors for car and a drink, great service.”
