“I received these gloves within a couple of days of ordering,but when I ordered I asked for large,but received med/large, this as due I think to changing from 1 pair to 2 at checkout and the size defaulting to med/large.gloves are good quality and I will attempt to order the correct size as I have given mine to a friend. All in all very pleased with the purchase”

“waited 4 weeks for delivery. You then notified me to say you could now deliver. I replied to say I couldn't take delivery until 3 Nov which you acknowledged. 2 hours later you notified me again to say order was sent. I am now back from holiday and have to travel 9 miles to Parcelforce office to pick it up. Hardly worth it for 3 golf gloves!!”

“Worst service I've ever had. Goods never arrived, they blamed technical issues, couldn't re-send the order so had to give a refund, then proceeded to take 6 weeks from date of purchase to refund, shocking service. Will never use Direct Golf again.”

“Very poor. Ordered a club over a week before I went away to play for my holiday. While I was away it was cancelled as they had technical issues. Refund was guaranteed in 5 days. 3 weeks later no refund, had to go through PayPal to get money back. Very late replying to emails too. Not helpful, very unprofessional. Would never go back.”

“Not what you sent or how quick it was because that was very sufficient, but it wasn't made very clear that Footjoy had changed the product & as I only use Pro Stinger or steel spikes in my golf shoes because of a bad accident when I had soft spikes, I find that it is now very difficult or not at all that I can get the write fixing apparently they are now called Pins which I cannot find & you do not sell which I find very peculiar. Unfortunately I will have to return the shoes & look for a different product which is a shame because I have been wearing Footjoy golf shoes for 20 yrs now. Cheers - Stuart Francis”
