“I have always found the staff at Milton Keynes store very helpfull and they will try to locate items if the stock is not in the store.Their knowledge on products is very good and can usually give good information.I go the MK store first and normally i will get what i require.I purchase most of my golf kit from Direct Golf as the prices are very competetive to online shops which i do not like using as i like to see what i am buying.I recomend DR to all my golf mates.First rate MK store.I cannot comment on other stores as i only use MK.The staff always have time for you. Regards Tom”

“Well Done You. I was amazed at how quickly Direct Golf responded to my purchase. I ordered late afternoon and in the item was in my hand ready to use before ten am the next day. “Service and delivery were very good. Range of alternatives was limited. Would have preferred a better quality, more expensive item, but you only had the one so had no choice of which to pick. However, site easy to negotiate and items bought are as indicated on the site.”

“I paid for a Tadmoore no.4 putter on 14th July 2015,it was out of stock but was to be delivered by 18th August 2015. It did not arrive ,after several phone calls and e mails i eventually gave up on ever receiving this putter. So in October i agreed to take a Yes Sarah putter and some golf balls instead of a refund. Several weeks and e mails later i eventually received my putter which actually turned out to be a centre shafted putter and not the one advertised [which was the closest i could get to the one i originally wanted]. I did contemplate trying to return this putter , but to be quite honest after 14 weeks of disappointments i am just going to walk away , put this one down to experience an vow never to use direct golf again.”

“Fast order and delivery but package contained only one item ordered, not two. Also, courier left package on doorstep so that the package got soaked. House was occupied all day and if the door bell had rung it would have been answered. Prompt response to my complaint - have been advised that the second item has now been despatched - hopefully by a different courier.”

“Items (golf shoe spikes) requested were dispatched and received promptly - within 2 days. Unfortunately, the spikes had screw in fitting which didn't match my shoes. I did narrow my search to include the make of the shoe. Perhaps an image of the spike fitting would have been of benefit. Items returned.”
