“Purchasing from Direct Golf could not be simpler, the process is very straight forward. Minutes after placing my order I received an emailed order acknowledgement and a dispatch not to advise my goods were en route. Very efficient and worry free. Fabulous. I will certainly use them again .”

“I ordered 3 ping golf jumpers (L) but unfortunately had to return them as the size large was not big enough, although any other large items I purchase are always a perfect fit. That said, the price and quality of the jumpers were very good, just a shame that they were smaller than expected.”

“Very happy with the service that I received. There was no pressure in the club selection that I purchased, It was explained to me that the clubs I wanted to purchase weren't the right ones for my swing and the correct ones were quickly identified and also cheaper. So again no pressure to buy the wrong clubs. Very satisfied with my purchase even after two games with them I was cut in my first medal round. ????”

“I ordered a bag which arrived promptly. I was not happy with the style of the bag, so I contacted Direct Golf. They were happy to credited my account, without any issue. They have some good bargains, so I shall be using Direct Golf again.”

“The Customer Service Personnel were excellent. Quick and prompt reply. Trying hard and efficiently solving any difficulties. However, the Shipping Department should check that products are in 'Selling' condition before shipping it off. Especially to customers abroad. The returning and custom would cost both parties twice the amount of money, that one actually paid for the goods. I am pleased and annoyed at the same time. Direct Golf have excellent products but the slack in the checking of the quality of the product sold is quite frustrating. It almost make one wish that one has paid a little more else where but get a 'good, working and flawless product' from the beginning.”
