“Excellent products, search facility, pricing and level of service which cannot be faulted. Ordering process and payment facilities online are very easy to complete and delivery is very quick. Possibly the keenest pricing structure of any online golf supplier and you are always guaranteed a very quick delivery, sometimes within 24 hours. Highly recommended.”

“My online experience was excellent. I had great advice from Ross Heslop and Scott in Customer Services. However there is a flaw in your service. It is Click & Collect. The service received from Edgware store was very poor. They did not seem to understand the importance and value of a fully integrated retail/online business. I felt they were not interested in me because I hadn't bought in store. I felt completely undervalued by them and their attitude was poor! Left me with a poor opinion of the in store experience .”
