“Ordered a trolley battery and bag. After ordering I received an email telling me one of the items wasnt available. When I called up I was told none of the items were available and asked if I wanted an alternative. I was told the new order came with a bag and when it arrived no bag was with it.”

“Yer, direct golf where cool guys. Bought a Nike bag from them and it didn't take long for it to arrive. The bag was in good condition and was extremely cheap; especially with the 20% off promotion. I would recommend direct golf for golf equipment to anyone.”

“I placed my order some weeks ago, but received no confirmation e-mail and nothing appeared against my account (and indeed still is not), though funds were taken for the order. It was only on following up some time later that I found the system had failed. In the communications with staff afterwards though they were prompt in returning my e-mails, I was left with an impression of wanting to close the matter quickly rather than getting the items that I wanted. As it was two of the items I'd ordered were out of stock, so I had to substitute one for a more expensive version and cancel the other. In the end my revised order was less than I had paid, but I've yet to receive any refund.”
