“Had a problem with purchase of battery for my cart due to stock not being available and then replacement battery suggested being the wrong size. But great service when correct size identified it was dispatched OK. So welll done guys”

“Customer service was great and delivery of goods was also great. The only problem was the product I purchased ( Ecco Biom G2 shoes ) when spending this amount of money on a pair of shoes you don't expect them to take skin off your heels and give you blisters. I appreciate this is not Direct Golfs fault but please feel free to pass on to your suppliers. Regards Mat Swallow”

“ordered clubs on Wednesday, received a call on the thursday from the club professional inquiring as to my height and hand to floor measurements. was then asked if i wanted the clubs altered to suit my measurements. agreed to this and the clubs were delivered on the friday. only played 1 round so far but cannot believe the difference the adjustments have made to my ball striking. excellent service”
