“Good site easy access only problem I had was in useing my comp voucher, i am still waiting for it to be accepted”

“The service from direct golf was fine as you prossesed the order but the carrier Hermes was very poor they tried to deliver twice afte 17:00 and my work place was shut. Also you can only get in touch by email which I have done had no reply and still received no goods.”

“Service and delivery were very good. Range of alternatives was limited. Would have preferred a better quality, more expensive item, but you only had the one so had no choice of which to pick. However, site easy to negotiate and items bought are as indicated on the site.”

“Items (golf shoe spikes) requested were dispatched and received promptly - within 2 days. Unfortunately, the spikes had screw in fitting which didn't match my shoes. I did narrow my search to include the make of the shoe. Perhaps an image of the spike fitting would have been of benefit. Items returned.”

“I received these gloves within a couple of days of ordering,but when I ordered I asked for large,but received med/large, this as due I think to changing from 1 pair to 2 at checkout and the size defaulting to med/large.gloves are good quality and I will attempt to order the correct size as I have given mine to a friend. All in all very pleased with the purchase”

“After a purchase from Direct Golf, (Callaway Golf suit), not being satisfied with it, I returned it, freepost, and was given a choice of a a credit note, a full refund, or a replacement suit. The outcome was a replacement, that was handled swiftly and with professionalism by the customer service team. Well done DG.”

“Brought a pair of shoes with a promotion code online, however they didn't fit. Took the shoes to Reading to exchange and they were really helpful . Told that the promotion had finished and paid the extra for the new shoes, only to receive a text 2 hours later saying the promotion was extended. Bad timing I guess ? In general it's the best online/store there is.”

“lf it would be possible for 'GOLF Direct' to cover all types of golf GPS Range finders, when Golf Direct have not got the type required, the Insurance Companies, make you search out your own replacement, then you have to claim the cash back from the Insurance Company!. I have been trying to get my money back from Carrick Neill for 10 days now.. this is not a good service?..”
