“Products pretty standard. Delivery rather tardy. Nothing showing up on Hermes site after nearly a week. Product not yet arrived so cannot be sure if right products and quality.”

“FootJoy Hydro Lite: I would never buy any other shoe than FootJoy, although the Hydro Lite is a first. Sure, they're light and generally up to the standard I would expect from FJ. Having only worn them once, disappointed that the heels rubbed but hopefully that will go with wear. Bit surprised to ask to write a Review when the shoes hadn't even arrived - and they didn't turn up for at least a couple more days.”

“The biggest problem I had was stock levels. I wanted to use the Sept 20% offer and use my rewards 4 golf points before expiry, but my first 4-5 product choices were out of stock!! Not great having poor stock control.”

“Item, price and sales service was good. Very disappointed with the postage delays....items ordered on Monday after 9am and items only received the following Monday. New clubs were purchased for two important games on the Friday/Sunday and failed to arrive on time. As of yet no compensation offered for this !”

“Ordering was easy and free postage was a bonus, however I selected to pay for next day delivery which didn't happen due to internal communication breakdown and product not here yet. My complaint was dealt with quickly and my postage payment is to be credited to my pay pal account. Overall a good performance.”

“Good price for the shoes. Only criticism is that 3 to 5 days for standard delivery is to long. Now that Internet shopping is the norm , standard delivery should be quicker.”

“A very good service but the email order confirmation number does not match your original order reference number. If you order quite frequently, as we do, it is very difficult to keep track of the orders, especially when items are out of stock and you get part orders. Your customer services dept. is excellent.”

“I purchased a new Ping G30 Senior/ Soft Shaft Diver. Im a long standing customer and have used Golf Direct repeatedly in the past. Ive always been happy with the tele sales service you provide, and have found the sales guys very helpful. My only disappointment this time was when ordering my new driver, I requested a gold thickness "Ping" grip and you were not prepared to accommodate without me sacrificing the 20% discount you offered me. Which I found dissapointing. Thank you. Mr.S.W.Barlow”
