“Dear Direct Golf I ordered gift vouchers online to be posted to my home address in time for my husbands birthday. They arrived as expected but contained the wrong monetary amount. I contacted the customer serviced and they were very apologetic and assured me that the deficit would arrive by fast post the following morning before 10am . true to their word they did arrive as promised on the morning of my husbands birthday. Luckily he was at the Belfry playing golf and didn't arrive back until that evening so all worked out fine!! Thank you for sorting out the mistake so efficiently.”

“Great prices for great products. I bought a Ping Cart Bag from the store at Becketts Farm, which is great. The half price Puma trainers were not in stock so I ordered on line and they were here in 2 days - excellent.”

“Easy to miss when driving, maybe use a flag to highlight store for drivers. Couldn't actually see bushell neo + being demonstrated just explained. Great offers great value friendly staff will visit again if in Tonbridge.”

“This was my first order and it was unfortunate that one of the items I had ordered was out of stock (although the website showed it was in stock). The firm qiuckly contacted me and a replacement item was chosen. Service and delivery was excellent as was the quality of my items. The only reason that a 5 was not given was that the website was not updated quickly enough to reflect reality !! This was a minor glitch and was well handled by the staff. I shall certainly use the firm again.”

“Ordered 3 items from the DG website on 7th July 2015 paying standard delivery(3-5 days). I received a confirmation email that stated that one of the items was out of stock. I waited over a week and no delivery. I contacted the DG helpline and was informed that they were waiting for the out of stock item to arrive. After checking that item will be available in a months time. The helpline assistant was very helpful and apologetic and found an alternative item and sorted delivery straight away. Items as now arrived over 2 weeks after the order was sent. The out of stock item should have been flagged on checkout not after order”
