“I was really happy with the service I received in store, my only issue was I ordered my clubs to be delivered into the shop to be picked up a week later (I work away). When I turned up the following week to collect them I found two clubs hadn't been delivered which meant I had to wait another day. Clubs were received the following day however.”

“Received news letter from Direct Golf with actual offer, and from here it was only a few click before it all was ordered. Furthermore did it only take around a week before I had the packet at my Danish doorstep. All in all very satisfied.”

“The delivery had been very quick.. but a mistake occurred regarding the rescue. Infact i asked a soft regular shaft and i received a regular shaft. May be that my order were not clear enough. Anyway no problem, the service had been good, as usual. Regards Marco Caprile”

“very happy with my new Taylor-Made set.. great deal too. Due to stock levels was advised and informed of estimated delivery times/dates through out. The customising team really helped too. All arrived as and when expected good work chaps”

“As I find it difficult to visit my nearest branch, I find the on-line service very good. Items are dispatched promptly and have always arrived in good condition. I am reserving a 5 star review until I have tested the customer service facility, but until now, I have no complaints!”
