“Customer service was great and delivery of goods was also great. The only problem was the product I purchased ( Ecco Biom G2 shoes ) when spending this amount of money on a pair of shoes you don't expect them to take skin off your heels and give you blisters. I appreciate this is not Direct Golfs fault but please feel free to pass on to your suppliers. Regards Mat Swallow”

“ordered clubs on Wednesday, received a call on the thursday from the club professional inquiring as to my height and hand to floor measurements. was then asked if i wanted the clubs altered to suit my measurements. agreed to this and the clubs were delivered on the friday. only played 1 round so far but cannot believe the difference the adjustments have made to my ball striking. excellent service”

“The chipper I ordered was despatched quickly & arrived well packaged. I've yet to use it on the course but the practice sessions have proved to me that this club will be an invaluable addition to my bag. I'm a high teens handicap & would recommend the Jax chipper to anyone wanting a little help around the greens, this WILL save you strokes.”

“Ordered a new Nike stand bag didn't manage to find anywhere to place a discount code. So ordered the bag and Emailed Direct Golf and had a response the next morning saying they have refunded me the discount and the bag will be with me the next day, which it was! Great service and hassle free and even give the option to deliver to a neighbour if not at home. Well done Diret Golf, much better than the 'American' rivals ????”
