“Helpful and knowledgeable staff who can help and advise on any issues where in person, on line or on the phone. Provided great service when I had 2 brand new drivers that both failed with the same fault within 6 months of buying the first one (the UK managing director of the manufacturing company , Ben Sayers, effectively told me to get lost he was not interested in helping me). Goods ordered on line are as advertised and delivered by the promised date”

“I have been purchasing golf equipment from Direct Golf for over 5 years and have had the most exceptional service during this time, with orders coming in on time or ahead of schedule. Any problems with orders have been resolved quickly and with no problems, All the staff I have spoken to have been very friendly and efficient, and very knowledge about the equipment. For any one looking for golf equipment at a very reasonable price could do no better than to deal with Direct Golf.”

“Purchased a Sun Mountain H2NO stand bag on line, at what I thought was a very good price with free delivery. The following day I received a marketing email from Direct Golf with current special offers showing a reduction in the bag of £20.87. Thinking it might be too late I contacted customer services, who immediately offered a voucher to the value of £20.87. Excellent service with the bag arriving the following day. It was such a good service and value that I told a colleague at my club and he bought an identical one before the sale price increased back to the normal price.”
