“I had to return a pair of dryjoys as the left shoe was letting in after 4 months. The customer service was fantastic. No hassle, told how to return at no expense and received new shoes within 3 days of initial contact with direct golf. A lot of companies could learn from this quality of service. I have used Direct Golf before and will certainly do so again! Well done direct golf team for a first class service.”

“Great service from sales staff. Got back to me quickly with a great deal on price matching. Asked for an adjustment to the Taylor made club but unfortunately this was not carried out. Nevertheless, great service.”

“Having used Direct Golf on line on a number of occasions I find them pretty good and efficient. if I ever have a problem using the on line service I have a Direct Golf shop locally in Lincoln I can go to and the problem is sorted straight away.”

“I ordered a taylormade bag to collect in store over a week ago , received an e-mail to confirm order and that I would get a call from shop within 90 minutes . Still waiting for phone call a week later very poor service .”

“I paid for my item before 4pm ( IBANK50939279IM ) and received confirmation at 3.37pm. I took advantage of next day delivery and paid the surcharge. It didn't happen . I received an email the next day @ 08.35hrs advising of dispatch --- obviously neither processed correctly nor in time for next day delivery. Becuase of bankholiday weekend and it seems your courier does not deliver on a Saturday I am still waiting. I particularly wanted the GPS for Sat 29th ! Th eonly bright spot is that your customer service accepted the responsibilty and have effected a rebate of extra postage --- takes up to 10 days !! I will be on th elookout”

“I have made two purchases so far from Direct Golf. as I write, i am waiting for the second item to be delivered. So far though, I have found them a first class company to deal with. Very prompt and good service. I feel sure the same will apply to my second purchase as to my first!”
