“I'm a regular returning customer. The 5mm Vulkan products are excellent quality, and I use them for sports most days of the week (I'm over 60). They are cheaper than your competitors (SD etc) and they arrive promptly. I will return. I thoroughly recommend Direct Sports”

“The goods were fine, but a quarter of a year late, because you were unfamiliar with my bank between August and November. But you still took payment in August, then did not release the goods and made it my problem to call you. You should have A. called me B. not taken money if not dispatching and C. offered a discount, given the inconvenience”
