“After receiving confirmation of order, then informed it had been dispatched with email from Royal Mail tracking stating that they were waiting for parcel from company I looked forward to my new court shoes. After 10 days (not 10 working days) I emailed DS requesting update but was assured the parcel would be delivered to Royal Mail and I should receive item in 10 Working days, after waiting 14 working days I emailed DS again and was now informed item out of stock and refund would be made. Very poor performance DS :-(”

“Bought Saucony Tempus 2 running shoes at a very good price. Ordered on Friday, received by Royal Mail on Tuesday. Shoes unworn, exactly as described. Very good purchase experience and I would be happy to use Direct Sports again.”

“The product I ordered was excellent,I have had plenty of these trainers over the years so I know they are excellent quality,it’s the first time I’ve ordered from direct tennis,the service first class,the price was a great value,that’s what really attracted me to the company,the delivery time was excellent and especially over the Christmas period ,I’ll certainly be ordering from you in the future”
