“Very good customer communication. My purchase was redirected as post code was inputted by google fill in. I’ve not notice that. Contacted company, customer service was very helpful and sorted delivery.”

“The product I ordered was excellent,I have had plenty of these trainers over the years so I know they are excellent quality,it’s the first time I’ve ordered from direct tennis,the service first class,the price was a great value,that’s what really attracted me to the company,the delivery time was excellent and especially over the Christmas period ,I’ll certainly be ordering from you in the future”

“Poor customer service. Placed an order and paid extra for speedy delivery. When contacted them the lady said,even if you pay extra ,the item will be despatched when they can. Not helpful at all. Avoid them if u can.”

“Excellent online shop. Excellent price (best I could find on the web by far). Good quality shoes, as expected from Merrell. there was a hiccup with Paypal through no fault of Direct Sports, who quickly sorted this out for me. Will be using again for sure.”
