“Excellent all round. Website was organised and easy to navigate. Simple ordering process. I found their pricing and delivery charges better value for money when compared to other online tennis retailers. Communication and delivery was first class. “I order over £400 of tennis balls for my tennis club each month. It's always a great service, the balls are normally in stock and the delivery is quick. However, I was disappointed this time that they have removed the free delivery option. I would have hoped to get free delivery still given the amount that I am spending each month.”

“Brilliant service. I ordered a tennis racket with customs strings and they still managed to provide next day delivery. The price was competitive. There was an issue with adding their product to the basket, but when I called, they picked up right away and fixed the issue within 1 minute. Also, we didn't have any issues with the workmanship on the racket.”

“The problem is that I have not received my new racket!!! It was delivered to the wrong address by DPD. They sent a stupid photo where it was left in front of someone else's door with no indication of the address. I'd like to be sent another one asap. Anthony Lewis parcel ref: 1597 6969 349 139”

“The purchase and delivery of the tennis shoes could not be faulted. Unfortunately, my granddaughter has wide feet (G fit) and she couldn't get the shoes on, so we have returned them. The return was efficient too. I'm just waiting for the refund. It would be helpful if tennis shoes were graded according to width as well as length.”
