“Amazing shoes and prices and the shoes are quick to break in. The website also prompts you to go at least one size up, which is what I did. In addition, customer service team Lindsie was super helpful with queries and return :)”

“I bought a pair of Yonex tennis shoes for my son that deteriorated after a few months wear so as to be unusable. I returned them within 6 months as they failed in the standard of durability but despite having a hole in the sole the company have failed to offer any recompense and practically accused me of ruining them myself. Saying it was only my opinion there was a fault despite clear photographic evidence. Not only have they not offered to repair, replace or refund me they also want to charge me for them to return the shoes with the holes back to me. Shockingly bad customer service.”

“Delivered early ...... to the wrong address. The package was therefore opened when the people from 4 doors up realised it was not for them. I was lucky to get the purchase as it was reliant on the honesty of a totally unrelated party. No doubt Direct Sports will blame the courier service, but I did not pay the courier service I paid Direct Sports, so they are responsible.”

“Very easy to order, item arrived on time, it would have been a 5 star review but the box was crushed and although this may have been due to the carrier the item was intended as a present so it was detrimental to the overall experience.”
