“The problem is that I have not received my new racket!!! It was delivered to the wrong address by DPD. They sent a stupid photo where it was left in front of someone else's door with no indication of the address. I'd like to be sent another one asap. Anthony Lewis parcel ref: 1597 6969 349 139”

“The purchase and delivery of the tennis shoes could not be faulted. Unfortunately, my granddaughter has wide feet (G fit) and she couldn't get the shoes on, so we have returned them. The return was efficient too. I'm just waiting for the refund. It would be helpful if tennis shoes were graded according to width as well as length.”

“I bought Babalot badminton shoes which unfortunately the sole started coming off after 3 wears of them on court, so immediately sent them back highlighting they were unfit for purpose. Had a response stating they do not refunds and have sent them back to manufacturer for assessment. Got to wait 21 days, so had to buy another pair of Addidas shoes and they don't feel too great either on court, bulky shoe and no bounce as it so states. I've stressed I want refund or a credit note or i will take this further.”
