“Was sorting out a return for my mum and was thinking it was going to be a lot of stress as it was over the return date. Great customer service, couldn't not fault it in anyway! emailed as I was slightly late with the return and got a reply straight away by email that was was very friendly with link to send goods back and say they would except.🙂”

“Can’t fault Direct Sports, I ordered Merrell Vapor Glove shoes one day + they were delivered the next. Delivery was included which was great as the price I paid was the best I could find on internet. Would definitely use again.”

“bought the Championship and Tournament shuttles.... first few shots were fine but they only lasted around one game each... not sure if it was the intense heat that could have caused the feathers to dry and become so brittle... Otherwise the flight was great and accurate.”

“Had exactly the racket I wanted and was easily able to specify alternative strings and the correct tension. The price was already competitive but the offer of 2 tubes of squash balls (i.e. 6 balls) made the deal even more attractive. Pre delivery communication was good and the package arrived when promised. So 5 stars throughly deserved”
