“The order was processed quickly and we received the shoes within a couple of days. The packaging was in great condition on arrival and the shoes were exactly as described.”

“Paid for next day delivery by dpd. They somehow had the wrong postcode,courier phoned for directions and was told correct postcode and promised to amend details and delivery would be next day. No attempt was made to deliver to my mums address. Her flat had secured entry and at the time the courier said he was there my mum was talking at her front door with the manager of the scheme. Cost of the shorts was returned however the cost of delivery was not included. Several emails were sent to dpd and all ignored, phone calls to dpd were also ignored. Very poor customer service.”
