“only writing a review bc of all the bad ones. i ordered a mico and juice, then a few days later started looking up reviews which made me so nervous, i thought for sure i was getting fucked over. but to my suprise, everything showed up on time and honestly i have no complaints. very relieved”

“I have been doing business with Directvapor for over 7months, have had 1 problem with auto ship called and received my money back. Have received everything I have ordered with no problems. Prices are good and can't find my juice at the store. I have recommended this website to a few different people. I would suggest if you are having trouble with your order call customer service instead of emailing.”

“Guys, i am not sure what these reviews are about. I'm not a bot either! I guess its really luck here because i purchased a Novo 2 with 50mg Juice, chose overnight shipping and got it the next day.. Everything i got was correct and functions as it should! If you have a bad experience with this company, its either luck or your fault? Great experience here, 5 stars!”

“Amidst all of the frustration over the COVID-19 shipping delays I would like to add that the DirectVapor support responded to my inquiries about overnight-shipping concerns and refunded me those costs upon the delivery of my items per my request. They responded in a timely manner and even when I got frustrated about the wait they were kind with their responses. I think everyone needs to take a deep breathe and recognize that companies are struggling and that’s the way it is (even when the nic cravings start kicking in). I appreciate their efforts.”

“I ordered a vape from them over a year ago for $20 and it still works perfectly, despite other reviews. I also recently ordered coils and vape juice from them (for much cheaper than store prices) and it said it would take 6 to 8 days to arrive and I received everything within 3 days. Needless to say, I am very satisfied every time I have ordered from them. I would highly recommend!”

“Honestly I’m beyond satisfied despite the many negative ratings and reviews Direct Vapor has. I chose to give them a try and verifying age was simple. My tracking number didn’t work but I received my order within a week from purchase which is great dealing with delays related to COVID-19. I will definitely continue using them in the future.”

“Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I ordered a Aspire Mod, a charger and some 30ml bottles. That was a Sunday night at 1145pm. Monday the 3rd in the morning it said to was shipped and to arrive by Wed the 5th. Guess what... I got it before Noon on the 5th! Everything was there, everything was in good condition. I paid $3 more for tracking & to get 5-7 days. I got it in 3. I would give a referral to them!”

“I really loved their low prices, and high availability. I ordered the 2 day shipping on Thursday, and it came in on Saturday, exactly as expected. I will definitely buy from them again.
