This is the second time that I get really bad service at the till. The lady was utterly rude and disrespectful. She ignored me and asked rudely that I put my basket at the other side of the till.
Won't go back. After a long day I don't want to be a disrespected customer.
I said: 'enjoy your afternoon' and she gave me a flat ignore.
I would rather go to clicks Cape Gate. I would like better service and think you should put more helpful people at the front.”

We went to Dischem Safeway Cresent in Witbank for the first time with a prescription. No one could read the prescription, I phoned our doctors receptionist and they asked that they must e-mail the prescription to them and they refused. They wanted to give my husband Metformin 1000mg instead of the penicillin, he is not even diabetic. We wanted to take the prescription back but the pharmacist assistant grab it and torn it. We had to go back to the doctors room for a new prescription and we told the doctor what happend and he was shocked that not even the pharmacist could read the prescription. Don't even want to think what would have happened to my husband if he drank the wrong medicine. Someone should really check the Qualifications of the people working there. They will kill people with wrong medication.”
“Terrible service, took almost a week to deliver adult diapers to a nursing home 1.5km from brooklyn dischem. Order was placed and paid for online and only got packet 49hrs later and delivered 4days later”
“I went to the dispensary just to fund out if they had the pneumococal vaccine in stock and nobody could help me. I did not ask to be immunised. All I asked if the vaccine was available but it was an extreme mission. The dispensary assistant asked the clinic sister and she rudely said she is busy with a patient. She kept me waiting. Then after half hour a nursing assistant came out and spoke rudely with no manners. She was a black lady and so was the nurse. Such bad attitude. I never asked to be served or to take any patients place. But surely somebody knows if the vaccine is available. She did not even greet or smile. This is what you get for cheap labour. Most of dischems staff are incompetent.”
“Disorganised! I just wanted a Discovery Wellness health check. Called to make appointment. Told I could come anytime! I arrived to be told the nurse is "on lunch", so I came back an hour later to wait another half hour!
The pinprick in the finger for the blood samples was more like a stab, leaving my finger sore and bruised. it just bled and bled!
The nurse also told me to "stay off dairy products"! This is not only wrong but misinformed. Women especially need dairy products for the calcium for their bones, especially as they age. Osteoporosis is a very real problem.Without dairy products, the onset of osteoporosis may certainly come sooner!
Why are the nurses so misinformed, Dischem? Shame on you!”
“I spent about 3 to 4000r a month with dischem, bitamins beauty products, and it all changed with excluding the white race employment.
Found independent pharmacies and shop online at places that is not racist. I have never treated any person I have ever engaged with as a lessor. Dischem I am not your lessor.

“I had an order made on Monday evening on Thursday when I called the customer care I got 2 different informations. I got an sms on Tuesday saying my parcel is with the courier guys. On Friday when I called back I had still not received my parcel and it was only then dispatched to the courier guys.
They online service it’s not reliable at all.”
