“I ordered few items from the company for the work event a week in advance of the event. Their website stated that it is next day delivery if order placed before 3pm. Friday come, I still didn't have my order. I send an email, but never got a response. I contacted them first thing Monday morning just to find out that the order was damaged en route and they would send new one out only Monday afternoon. The package didn't arrive on time for the event. I had to go and search items myself in town and it was a big hassle. They were nto in hurry to send a new package as they took action only after my call on Monday. Very poor service.”

“Excellent service! I managed to track down a particular flavour of Da Vinci syrup that I'd been looking for, here at Discount Coffee. I placed my order for 2 bottles and immediately received confirmation by email, followed by another informing me of a tracking number once my order had been sent. My order arrived very quickly and safely packaged, I couldn't ask for better service and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.”

“Ordered 500 cups before 3pm for next day delivery and I was very rudely advised over email the next day that I wouldn’t have them until the following day. Absolute waste of my time.”
