“Purchasing experience was A1. Would love if some of the beans had a different roasted flavour. Personally, I like berry roasted and was hoping there would be a different taste of a few different packets I got. However they're all good traditional black coffees I found and good value for what they're.”

“Normally excellent service and coffee however, on one of our previous orders a significant number of the Colombian Supremo pads were ruptured and, consequently, unusable. My husband emailed you on 29 April with details and photo. I thought this might be taken into account with our last order and am somewhat disappointed by that.”

“All good with the service itself - Cheap, quick delivery & seemless experience - I rated my purchase 4/5 as I'm still unsure about the quality of the coffee itself - Still to be tested further, bought 2 types; French & Brazilian coffee and the French one gives us headaches for some reasons.”

“REF iNVOICE #100054444 16TH April 2020. I used your website to order Senseo Coffee pods. All went well until I came to paying by Paypal. The website did not respond at this stage and I checked my PayPal account and the payment was not made. I then contacted discountcoffee by phone and spoke to a man called Robert and I explained my problem with the website. In order to expedite the order I gave him my Visa debit card number. He contacted me later and said he would look into the website difficulty in accepting PayPal payment. Some time later he contacted me again, and 'walked' me through the ordering procedure and this time the payment by Paypal was accepted. So the situation at the moment is I have paid by Visa debit card AND via Paypal. He then told me that I would receive a refund to by debit card- that was on the 17th April, - it is now the 21st April and I still have not received the payment of 26.93 euro. Could you look into this problem? Thank you Joe Morton”
