“As a coffee lover I am delighted to find your website. I love the products that you offer especially the flavouring liquids. I love that the website offers a wide variety of flavour liquids, coffee beans etc. My only problem and this is a big one for me is the fact that I need to deal with this useless, courier company called DPD. I have many horrible experiences with these morons so most of the time if a website offers DPD as the sole courier I am rather shopping elsewhere. I am not asking you to get rid of them (even I would love to) but please offer an alternative, even AnPost provides a far superior service. For example here is my current order I have placed it on Saturday today is Wednesday and I still don't have it. Domestic deliveries with an post usually takes two working days. Their tracker does not even provides an ETA. Please get rid of these muppets.”

“Got 250mg bag and it was a lovely rich roast blend that I like. Great taste. Decided to put it into a air tight tube and it lasted 3 weeks to the last pot as fresh with the last post tasting a little less fresh but certainly drinkable. Kept in its own bag, I would give it months... will rebuy from this company!”

“Good website. Decent prices, good selection. Quick tip. On the order form, you give a tracking number for the package, but you don't mention who the courier is. I had to try 3 different couriers before the tracking number worked on the dpd website. Small but important detail. Thanks”

“I am a regular customer (and still will be in the future) for few years now, as i can’t find in Ireland Senseo pods, but I can honestly say they are better than the original. Was very happy to discover the factory in NI, so it can’t get any fresher than this!”
