“I ordered two bottle of vanilla syrup 1 litre each. They arrived very efficiently however both bottles were damaged. They were both dented at the top and because of this the pump is lopsided in the bottles. They were parcelled very well so they put have been damaged before they were parcelled as the parcel was in perfect condition when it arrived. One of the bottles was dented once at the top and the other one was dented on both sides at the top. I am very disappointed with this as I was planning to gift one of them to somebody and now cannot.”

“Great staff to deal with! Order arrived quickly as promised within a couple of days! Thank you. As I ordered 6 X 1kilo bags of beans and there is only my husband and myself, I Would have liked an Expiry Date on the Bags of Coffee? “I've ordered from Discount for years now, their prices can't be beaten. Their range of sugar free syrups is fantastic, customer service has always been great and delivery fast. I will say their points/rewards system is pretty poor the amount of points needed for small discounts is crazy. But this won't put me off using them at all.”
