“Two of the packs that we received were within days of expiration, Temple Bar and French Roast. The beans were dried out and stale. We tried one of the fresher packs, Italian Passion, it was very poor quality. Very disappointing. A response was received immediately from the company and a refund was kindly issued for the 3 packs above.”

“We've used DiscountCoffee for a good few years and we've always found their service & delivery spot on. We do a modest order of beans which we can keep safe & cool in our cellar and grind as required and we've never had any complaints re strength or taste at the breakfast or evening table.”
