“The prices are great, but its the speedy service that keeps me coming back to discount coffee. Yet again, I placed my order and about 3 mins later I have an email saying the order is dispatched, coffee turns up the following day. On the other hand the one time I've had to speak with their customer services my issue was handled and resolved in minutes.”
