“I can't review the product because I still haven't received it.I ordered on 17-12-25 ,and the website clearly stated next day delivery. It's now well past that date and almost a week now ,and i ve had no updates,no messages,and no delivery. I adjusted my schedule as per the delivery message received from the courier agency. This has been very disappointing experience.”

“Deliver was very fast. Due to ordering so close to Christmas, I didn’t expect the order to arrive within 2 days. All bottles were well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely order here again as I am really happy with my experience. Just one small suggestion for the company (not affecting my rating, as everything arrived in perfect condition): the shipping box had quite a bit of empty space inside. For smaller orders, using a more appropriately sized box could help reduce excess packaging and reduce movement during transit and further minimize any risk of damage.”

“This review comes after using Discount Coffee for the second time, and I’ve found both the service and the product to be very good. For total clarity, our last box did arrive damaged and one of the bags had a hole large enough for some beans to leak out. That felt more like an issue in transit rather than anything on Discount Coffee’s end, which is why I’m still giving five stars. I thought it was worth mentioning though, as it might help when it comes to packaging in the future.”
