“Very happy with the prices, products and delivery times. But the plastic consumption is exaggerated, the amount of plastic used to wrap and send these products is atrocious! I do not see at need for this.”

“I ordered three types of coffee: the Sumatran, Temple Bar, and Colombian Supremo. I haven’t tried the Colombian yet, but the Sumatran and Temple Bar blends are both excellent — full of flavour and very enjoyable. Delivery was just as impressive, with all three arriving the next day. Great service and top-quality coffee. Looking forward to trying the Colombian next!”

“Received decaff coffee instead of what was ordered. The packaging was excessive for only 1 container of coffee and a small jug - a lot of waste”

“Over all I am very happy with discount coffee, though I would prefer for my invoices to be included in my delivery, not by email.”

“My package arrived with one of the items leaking through a lid which was not properly closed (which means it must have been opened prior to delivery) and with one other item missing completely, packing slip just said "none left". I was not contacted before the order was shipped to substitute the missing item, so if I didn't follow up myself, they would have just charged me for an extra item. I did get a refund for the two items, after messaging, but this was a pretty unpleasant experience to be honest, especially since all of our previous orders were without any issues.”
