However, they were polite and very thorough in their answer showing that they were dealing with the matter personally and not in a generic way.”

Deshalb nur 3 Sterne da man Tage auf eine Antwort warte, um am Ende keine Hilfe zu bekommen. Ansonsten haben die Bilder eine gute qualität.”
“The product was high quality and shipped very well. However, I needed to return one and reorder as I ordered the wrong image on one of the plates. The requirement to pay shipping was cost prohibitive and very disappointing. This was an expensive gift and the fact that I couldn’t return the one that I would then reorder in a different image will keep me from ordering again. I would rethink your return policy as it will keep me from being a return customer and probably be a recurring problem for you with other customers.”
“I got in contact with the client service because they had doubts on my address. I told them it was OK, they respond me they updated it (???). Unfortunately, the process took enought time for displate to be in holiday :')”
“I was asked for far more information than on any other foreign purchase I have ever made. Made me wonder about possible identity theft, and the legitimacy of Displate. Needing this much customer support to place an order was also unsettling and time consuming. Taxes and fees were not sufficiently itemized. Product has not yet been delivered.”
