Shipping was quick... or rather, it took a little while, but that was due to DHL... when I opened the package, I was impressed by the quality of the "print" (Displate)... I ordered it twice... once for myself and once for family... I will order again!”
“My plate arrived slightly late and damaged. I contacted displate and they responded quickly and were really helpful. They have arranged for a replacement place to be sent and a courier to collect the damaged plate. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the courier doesn't damage this one. As a company they are great to deal with so I will order more in the future. I've given 4 stars because if the packaging was a little thicker maybe it would give a bit more protection. But the company and products are great.”

An order of 3 Displates was missing a magnet set for one of the plates and they promptly answered my ticket within 2 business days and shipped a replacement without any additional input. While I can't give a perfect rating with these shipping issues seeming unusually common, you can feel safe in that customer service is willing to quickly and painlessly resolve them.”
