Après avoir partagé mon problème avec le SAV de Displate, j'ai du leur réécrire un mail, car après 2 semaines ils n'avaient toujours pas répondu. (Pour leur défense, l'épisode de Noël venait de passer.) Cependant, après le deuxième mail, je n'ai attendu que quelques heures avant une réponse très conciliante, me renvoyant un nouveau poster très rapidement. Merci à eux !

Ordered for my nephew, and he absolutely loves them. We did have some issues with shipping, but Displate customer service was responsive and attentive as we navigated the process of getting a replacement shipment sent out.

They have arranged a replacement to come imminently. It was really easy to sort out through their AI system and it wasn't stressful at all

I ordered a poster. Which arrived damaged. I thought I'd have a horrible and a really hard time returning it and getting a refund or a replacement. Turns out it wasn't so. They where quick and super nice to get everything in order. Would give 5 stars but I didn't like having to pay customs which I wasn't told I would be on my invoice. Thanks again.

I had an issue with an order that I placed using the Black Friday promo. Julia from the Displate team was able to help find the issue and I was able to get my order in time for the Holidays. I wish my order went through the first time, because it was a bit of a back and forth to get the issue resolved, but the support team was very helpful. The quality of the posters I received is great and the installation was very easy. I will probably invest in some more of these in the future.

I ordered a displate that ment to be a Christmas gift for my son and I wanted to return it as he wanted to have a different displate for the same theme. So I ordered again not 1 but 3 displates for the similar theme. Hoverever, I paid full return postage for the returning 1 displate which is a half of one displate piece price. I am a bit annoyed about that to be honest. Nevertheless, the idea of changing posters in such a comfortable way is very appealing.

Though it took a little bit to get my displate, they apologized and helped send me a new one. It took a while to get a response from displate BUT the quality overall is great, the workers are helpful. But the handling fee is outrageous

Was very happy with the plates when I got them. FAQ should NOT tell people to wait for tracking order and contact the shipper. It will be much cheaper and better for all to deal with before shipping. Also, even FedEx requires issue to be initiated from the shipper! But, aside from not reading the address from my initial email response, things went good. Staff worked hard to fix and even offered to send me again. I think I ended up getting the correct ones though, because FedEx did eventually call me. So, yes definitely the shipping service had to get involved but crazy to direct people to wait in the FAQ since it has to initiate from customer service contact.

I became aware of Displate through an advertisement... fittingly, given my father's death, I chose a manual Displate in size L. Shipping was quick... or rather, it took a little while, but that was due to DHL... when I opened the package, I was impressed by the quality of the "print" (Displate)... I ordered it twice... once for myself and once for family... I will order again!

Cant Tell too much cause the replacement didnt arrive yet but the handling was good and I feel like my complaint was taken seriously

My plate arrived slightly late and damaged. I contacted displate and they responded quickly and were really helpful. They have arranged for a replacement place to be sent and a courier to collect the damaged plate. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the courier doesn't damage this one. As a company they are great to deal with so I will order more in the future. I've given 4 stars because if the packaging was a little thicker maybe it would give a bit more protection. But the company and products are great.
