The carrier lost the items for my order shortly before Christmas. When I reached out to the Displate team they quickly got back to me and were able to ship a new order to me with it arriving before Christmas!

My initial order came in damaged by the shipping company, but Displate support responded to my email quickly and sent me a new one free of charge. I'm overall very satisfied with the company because it was such an easy process to get my issue resolved, and the poster looks awesome. Love you guys :D!

Our original order got stuck in a New Jersey customs facility and missed Christmas. When I complained, Displate reordered a duplicate for me.

My Displate was slightly bent, they just asked for a few pictures and then sent me a free replacement right away. Very friendly customer service!

I ordered 7 Medium Displates and 1 Large. I loved the quality of what I received, but what I loved even more was the helpful staff. One of the Medium Displates arrived without a magnet set, but when I contacted the website, they were very helpful and sent me three extra sets. Despite the delay, I was very happy with the customer service, and now everything is hanging right where I wanted it.

I am very happy with the quality of the Displate's I received; One of the Tech Priests of Mars, One of the Fellowship, and One of the Sisters of Battle. I am also extremely satisfied with the customer support that I was given when a problem occured (FedEx Issue with delivery and one being lost). Due to this, and if my pocket allows, I will be getting more Displate's in the future. Thank you.

Today I received my order and it is indeed a very nice product, that looks so good in my office. I also run into some problems because Fedex lost my shipment the first time, and as soon as it was confirmed by the support team, they resent another one for free with a discount for the next order. It was handled very smoothly and professionally. No resentment on my part. On the contrary, even if in total, it took some time, I feel now it was worth the wait. My complements and gratitude to the client support team.

Had a poster arrived damaged unfortunately but after sending a picture of the damage the support team quickly had a new poster sent out as a replacement. Great support and the new poster looks great as always!

Original displate arrived damaged but the support took 10 minutes to give me a response saying it was damaged and that they're making a new one and sending it to me, within 2 weeks I have a brand new undamaged displate 10/10 support!

After issues with my poster arriving dented and mis-spelled, Displate issued a refund and i was able to order again. This time it arrived in perfect condition and was easy to mount on the wall. Very happy.

very nice support! Package got re-delivered after the first delivery was unsuccessful because of DHL. They were very understanding and didn’t charge anything extra. Plus: The displate itself is so prettyyyyyy! Really love it, will order again!
