“My original order took quite a beating through the postal system. When I received the plate it was very damaged due to being bent at several angles. The team over at Displate were very quick to right the situation and rushed out another order very quickly and did everything they could to make sure that I had a positive experience with the company. “Sent a replacement Displate before Christmas (wasnt a gift, but it was nice). Although I would recommend talking to UPS about stuff like this, as the displate was scheduled for the 29th, but arrived on the 23th. Not bad when youre at home, but it might be annoying to find out that your neighbour accepted it instead of you and they damage it because they dont take care of it. (If they are even allowed to hand it to a neighbour, disregard that point if they arent allowed to.)”

“I had to follow up on my inquiry, and it took about 6 days to get a response. In the end the Displate I was interested in had a production defect where there were two thick white stripes on the graphic on the vertical sides. I never did get an answer if the plate could be printed correctly. However, the customer service rep was kind and did eventually respond so I am still giving a 5-star review because it was the holiday rush and that I was deferred rather than spending the money and having to return the Displate if there was an issue. I will say that I have ordered approximately 20+ Displates to date and never had an issue with any of the other orders.”
