“The rep I dealt with was fine. But seeing how that tiny little booth piece that broke could so easily render my booth useless gave me pause. Add to it that I ordered new pieces to have on hand just in case but the go-to shipping method was UPS making the shipping almost as expensive as the 4 pieces I ordered. The shipping price was reduced only when I asked if it could be shipped USPS. And then finally add to it that the backing of the booth was so poorly sewn that I have never been able to use it - it is simply too small to stretch it properly, I'm not sure I would order this from you again or recommend your product.”

“Very Poor. Very rude customer service, she kept talking over me and aggressively saying she could not help me as well as "did you hear me when I said I can't do this for you?". I paid for a sample in 1/4" material. What I got was 1/8" material. Not what I asked for or paid for. If I had known, I would have never bought the sample. When I asked for a 1/4" sample after being sent the wrong one I was told that was absolutely not possible. Still confused at how you don't have a sample of the product you are selling. Honestly, after the experience I had with customer service, I don't think I will be using the material even though I think it might be a good option for our application. Seriously, I wish I could give a less than 1 star.”

“Delivery was super fast and that was very important to me as I needed the product for an event in a few days. The quality was great and it did just what I needed it for. I used the product as dance floor wrap and it worked perfect. No damages and the event lasted over 5 hours. Thank you so much. I will buy again on future if needed.”

“This was the the second complete tradeshow set-up that I have ordered from Signworld. The first was so beautiful and of such great quality, and we used it for years. After rebranding our destination it was time for a brand new booth and I didn't have to think twice about having it produced by Signworld. This second set-up is every bit as beautiful as the first. We had the booth in less than two weeks and it arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Signworld.”
