“The quality of the flagpole banners I received was good. The delay in getting a proof was too long but otherwise the staff was quite responsive. A key limitation is that they cannot handle SVG files as some other companies do. So that reason I had additional effort creating acceptable .pdf files and the result was 150 DPI instead of 300 DPI which I would have preferred”

“I put in an order. I paid and then all of a sudden I got notification it was canceled without reason. i still need the part and this was not overly helpful or handled well”

Please note that our hardware is not universal and it is our policy to contact the customer prior to shipping so they are aware of our policies and restocking fees. Based on your request to cancel the order last year, we went ahead and cancelled this order to avoid any issues.

“Everything started great, but it went downhill from there. There was absolutely zero communication on when my order would be shipped. I called twice and both times I got bad information. I'm still unsure if my item has shipped and I'm left in the dark with no updates.”

“I've placed a few orders with Signworld, 6 custom banners at this point. All of them were produced correctly and the banner stand I ordered (there are many styles so I can only speak for what I ordered, the PHD24P and PHD36P were one of relatively few things I've purchased that arrived with higher quality than I expected. Specifically, the carry case was FAR nicer and better made than I expected. Obviously a nice case doesn't improve what your customers will see at a trade show, but it significantly simplifies the shipment of the banners between shows. Both pricing and turnaround time were very good, no complaints.”
