“A good experience. Found just what I needed, without having to purchase unnecessary parts to get the part I needed. I also needed it in a hurry, and got it in less than a week, which is priceless. It is always psychologically difficult when the shipping costs much more than the item purchased, but that is not a point against you. That's just the way it is these days. I gave your info to the person who orders things normally, but who was on vacation. I also found out that he was forced to buy unnecessary parts to get what he needed, from another company. A+ for your rating!”

“I placed two orders with Signworld America in May, 4 days apart. I received the later order first. The order I placed earlier….. I not only did not receive it on time, I had to pay a separate shipper to pick up my order. When I requested a reimbursement of my additional delivery costs for getting their order to me when promised, I not only was told there was NOTHING they could do for me, they were totally uninterested in compromising, customer service and customer satisfaction. This was relayed to me by several layers of their management team, all the way up to the person who “said” he was the owner, Robert Chung. I’ve owned a business for all of my professional life and have never encountered anyone who was so unwilling to find a solution that would ultimately satisfy both parties, someone who is so inflexible, or someone who is so adamant about doing nothing to help the customer. Their website that declares the fast delivery and turnaround time is not true. And they assume no responsibility for orders that are not delivered on time.”

“I’m very pleased with your service, the materials is excellent, shipping is free and trust me it helps because I’m shipping from Miami to the Caribbean so it’s a big deal and u can’t beat that on these heavy materials. I would definitely recommend signworld”
