“I was looking for replacement poles for banner stands and placed an order with Signworld. They were conscientious enough to check with me about whether or not I had the correct product and saved me money by helping me not buy the wrong item. “Part of the black finish came chipped off our new magazine shelf, revealing what appears to be rusty metal. We assembled it with that shelf on the bottom rung so it would be less visible. That part was disappointing, especially at a price point over $100, but I also understand that things rarely come blemish-free. The assembly process was simple. It looks good overall, minus the bottom shelf. I am happy with it and would choose to purchase it again, if needed.”

“When I called, the lady who answered the phone answered all of my questions. It was our first time ordering with Signworld. The employees were very helpful. On the business side, I loved how updated the company kept us. We were up to date with our order and that was greatly appreciated.”
