“The item (a literature rack) is fine. No assembly instructions came with it, so I watched a video on your website, and it was missing steps. I was able to figure it out no problem, but still - what's the point of instructions that are incomplete? I thought the shipping charges were exorbitant given the size and weight of the item - $30 to ship something via ground that weighs about 5 pounds? That doesn't compute.”

“You get what you pay for. I paid an inexpensive price for two banner stands and they were only $ 15.00 dollars each. Pure junk! I would not recommend doing business with them. It cost me more in shipping fees than both the banner stands. Over $ 36.00 for shipping. That is a ridiculously high amount when you pay more for shipping than the actual products that I ordered:”
