“I have been a customer for many years and I can find the hard to find products here. This is the first time I have ever had any damage to my order. First class treatment and no worries. Great personable staff putting customer service first. That's how it should be done. Thank you.”

“Tiffany is one of Displays2go customer service representatives. I had the sincere pleasure of having her assisting me as I inquired about some of the companies products. She is absolutely phenomenal! In fact, right in the middle of the call. I stopped, and commended her on the fantastic job she was doing. I had an excellent experience with her. I came across an outdated catalog I had. I decided to call to speak with someone. I had no idea they no longer offered catalogs....lol. Although going to the website was one of the suggested options. I was so grateful that Tiffany was able to answer many of my questions and concerns. Not only was I looking at an outdated catalog, she was able to quickly help me navigate through the website comparing it to what I saw in the catalog complete with id numbers for future reference. She also made suggests for other product options. She was extremely knowledable, quick on her feet with her responses about the companies products and to top it off she cared and was joyous and you could hear her smile and hear her laughter. In today's society when excellent customer service is not as common. Tiffany knocked it out the park! Well done Tiffany🏆”

“The merchandise was exactly as promised in the description. Displays2Go handled this order VERY well and professionally when damage was found on one of the units. A replacement was sent without question and every effort was made to ensure satisfaction. I am happy to report all is working well and they did all they could to ensure satisfaction.”

“This is the second time I’ve called with a “down to the wire” order, and just like last time, you under-promised and over-delivered. I appreciate that so much! “Received my order prompty and customer service was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately one of the headers was damaged during transit, but I received a replacement immediately! The units are exactly what I was looking for and are fantastic.”
