“They processed my order quickly, and shipped it out the next day. I was very pleased. The product (4 wire panels) was as described and good sturdy quality. I will definitely order from Displays 2 go again!”

“Shipped fast... Not packed very well and the manufacturing process was a bit off, and instructions are almost useless. I was able to do my best (with a struggle) to interpret the instructions. I was able to drill a hole to fix the manufacturing misalignment and I was able to locate all of the screws that were torn free from the bag they were in, scattered throughout the box and the folds in the box. Nothing holds the shelves in place but gravity. But they did ship it fast and charged a fair price.”

“I originally gave a 4 star review as I thought the product served its purpose very well but came with a pretty significant bend. However, in a matter of days from my original post I received a call from the company that they sent out a replacement rack with more secure packaging. The new product arrived that week in perfect condition and at no charge. This kind of customer service is hard to come by these days!!”

“One of the 4 items purchased arrived cracked (at the back). I am too busy to make an official complaint but will do so eventually. Edit: Displays2Go has replaced the item which arrived broken. Their customer service acted promptly. BTW the product is great.”

“These stanchions are better then I would have dreamed. They are beautiful and have the look of exactly what we wanted. We do an Oscar Party every year here on Catalina Island. We use the Casino ballroom and it always a hit with everyone. They will line our red carpet right to the door into the ballroom. The rope is a gorgeous red velvet. Everybody who has seem them wants to rent them from us.That is ok we are a Foundation supporting our hospital and this just another event to do it.”
